## Important Announcements

__ATTENTION PARENTS__RE: Ratios & Proportions Unit Projects that were given over the break and turned in on 01/03/13

**Some students from class 610 either did not turn in a project, or turned in a project of such low quality that would have failed if it was graded as it was. Those students who fall into that category had a conference with me, Ms. Nguyen, and Mr. Warnock the morning of 01/04/13. They have until MONDAY 01/07/13 to makeup or correct their work and they will not receive another opportunity or extension beyond Monday to satisfactorily complete the project.**

**Students who were not a part of the conference will have their graded projects returned Monday and will have until WEDNESDAY 01/09/13 to correct their projects to bring up their grades.**

**If you are unsure if your child needs to correct or makeup the project, please check teacherease.com.**This message was posted on Friday, 01/04/13.

**Extra Credit:**As always, students who wish to do extra credit work can sign into their www.tenmarks.com account. If you have forgotten your username or password, please email me.

**KEEPING SHARP:**

**This week we are focusing on percents as ratios and proportions. Use the www.learnzillion.com codes below for further review and practice at home. Make sure to take notes and do the guided practice problems.**
